For one night, the studio becomes a dining room. Chef Jonathon Sawyer — James Beard Award winner, 24 in 24 champion, and chef of Kindling — will cook for us himself. Expect direct service from the chef, an unhurried, candlelit evening, and real conversation around one table. No stage, no crowd — just a remarkable meal among good company.
