The evening

For one night, the studio becomes a dining room. Chef Jonathon Sawyer (James Beard Award winner, 24 in 24 champion, and chef of Kindling) will cook for us himself. Expect direct service from the chef, an unhurried, candlelit evening, and real conversation around one table. No stage, no crowd, just a remarkable meal among good company.
